Sometimes you may even get a crash log which you can copy and paste into your post (see below for further instructions on how to retrieve one)? If it is a game bug: can you re-create the issue, and if so, how? What were you doing/trying to do when the problem appeared? Provide a dxdiag log if you are on Windows (see instructions below) Provide the log file as it is after the crash/error occurred so no restarting of the game in between (see instructions below) When posting your issue/bug, make sure to provide as much information as possible. Gameplay problems ("How do I build? How do I make my passengers happy? etc") are not considered technical issues and should be posted in the normal Cities: Skylines forums.ģ. Are your computer's drivers up to date? (check the manufacturers website to see if any updates are available) Does your computer meet the system requirements? If you can not find any previous report of your issue: If your problem is a serious problem there is a good chance someone already made a post about it and perhaps a solution has been presented already so search the forums!Ģ.
